  • QuickBooks: When you make payments or we issue invoices.
  • JotForm: When you sign contracts or agreements.

All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We retain your personal information for a period of 5 years, as outlined in our record retention policy.
